Valens Solicitors acted for a newly graduated university student in successfully obtaining a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa.
The case was particularly complex as our client had a background of prior immigration issues (including failed application attempts) that needed to be carefully considered and taken into account in preparing the present application.
Our client had very little in terms of work experience and no family or other ties in the UK.
We were able to assist our client in preparing a strong application, including a credible business plan, which showed a clear and justifiable basis upon which she should be granted a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa.
Usually, on the making of such an application, there would be a requirement for the applicant to attend at an interview with the Home Office. However, in this case, the application that we prepared was so comprehensive, the visa was granted straight away.
