We then took detailed instructions from each client and prepared initial drafts of the directors service agreements for their approval. Following a revision process during which we fine-tuned the draft directors service agreements, including a requirement for more comprehensive restrictive covenants, we prepared final versions for signature on behalf of the company and by the directors. Both directors service agreements were duly signed.
