Solicitor

Rachele joined the team at Valens in February 2020 as a Paralegal providing legal and administrative support to solicitors and other members of staff.  She subsequently completed her Traineeship at the firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2024.

Prior to commencing her undergraduate studies, Rachele worked in Auckland as an Operations and Finance Assistant for global software company, Orion Health.

Returning to the UK, she attended Queen Mary University of London, where she completed an Honour’s degree in English Literature.

An early interest in law, sparked by a fascinating period of work experience undertaken at Clyde & Co and further developed at sixth form college, induced Rachele to pursue a legal career.  So, following her degree, she decided to embark on postgraduate studies at The University of Law where she successfully completed the Graduate Diploma in Law.

Subsequently, Rachele also went on to complete a Master’s degree in Law, incorporating the Legal Practice Course. Rachele specialised in real estate and employment law, and based her research report on an analysis of the current corporate manslaughter, corporate homicide legislation.

Rachele acts for clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters and her particular areas of expertise include commercial/corporate and property transactions, family law and private client.

Outside the office, Rachele enjoys playing badminton, visiting comedy clubs and immersing herself in all things Austen.
