Vincent heads up the Immigration Law department at Valens and advises on both corporate and private immigration matters. His legal practice also encompasses transactional work, including that in relation to the transfer of assets and property, and property-related litigation.
Prior to joining Valens, Vincent dealt with immigration appeals and judicial reviews in conjunction with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and worked for a commercial law firm in Mayfair. Vincent’s immigration expertise is diverse and includes all manner of applications, ranging from temporary stay visas to Tier 1 Applications. Vincent is also able to advise private investors and entrepreneurs on pre-transaction and post-transaction immigration, settlement and business strategy.
Vincent enjoys analysing legal positions and working out lateral solutions and options for his clients. He brings a professional and detailed approach to all the work that he undertakes for the firm’s clients.
Outside of the office, Vincent has a penchant for karting and boxing, and also occasionally enjoys yachting with friends.
Vincent is the President of the London Chinatown Lions Club, and regularly engages with Lions Club International and members in other Chapters, domestic and overseas.
